AVA-MATIC TUBE END FORMING MACHINES
INFINITELY ADJUSTABLE EXPANSION & REDUCTION
The AVA-MATIC TUBE END FORMING MACHINE enables versatile expansion and reduction of tubular components without the need for different tools for every finished tube size. The diameter and length of expansion or reduction can be infinitely adjusted within the range of the tool in seconds, making it ideal for one-off or large volume production. Ends can be formed close to, or on, the bend of the tube without the need of additional tooling.
SETTING & OPERATION
	The change-over between expansion and reduction can be carried out simply in approximately 30 seconds. The various sizes of tools are replaced in their tool holders within a few minutes, thereby reducing down time and increasing productivity. Setting and fine adjustment is by the handwheel and back limit stop aided by a visual scale and tool advance indicator. A heavy duty footswitch controls the operation sequence, leaving both hands free for handling the component.
TOOLING

	AVA-MATIC TUBE END FORMING MACHINES can expand or reduce the diameter of a tube by up to 20% of its original diameter depending on the type and ductility of the material. Safety features of the machine include an interlock switch on tool access cover and ram advance control. LEFT: Reduction tool assembly - segmented collets are easily changed in minutes.
